Appeals Process
 
Before you begin, here are some things you should know about the appeals process and the criteria for filing an appeal.
 
Filing an Appeal
 
To file an appeal with the Board of Real Property Assessments and Appeals, you must obtain a Real Property Assessment Appeal Form*.  If you are a representative/agent for the owner, the Authorization Form* must be attached to the appeal. The completed form and supporting documents, along with four copies of the material, must be mailed to:
